FINAL YEAR ECE PROJECT CENTER IN CHENNAI
Infant mortality rates due to premature birth or respiratory conditions have raised significant concerns worldwide. One of the critical aspects of providing care for such infants is the regulation of temperature and humidity in their environment. The portable infant incubator described in this paper aims to address these issues by using an IoT-based system that integrates various sensors and components such as the DHT11 sensor (for temperature and humidity measurement), MAX30100 (for heart rate and oxygen saturation), a rain sensor (for environmental monitoring), a microphone (for sound detection), a switch (for manual control), and an exhaust fan (for ventilation control). This system is designed to provide a safer, more controlled environment for premature or sick infants, along with real-time monitoring through an IoT app, allowing caregivers to ensure optimal conditions for the infant's health and well-being.
